Overview

The Char Dham Yatra is a pilgrimage to four holy shrines in the Garhwal Himalayas: Yamunotri (source of the Yamuna River), Gangotri (source of the Ganges), Kedarnath (dedicated to Lord Shiva), and Badrinath (dedicated to Lord Vishnu).

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
⦁ Pick up from Haridwar Railway Station and cover Char Dham destinations. ⦁ Premium hotel accommodation for 09 Nights/10 Days with breakfast and dinner (except Kedarnath dham). ⦁ Kedarnath stay on EPAI basis (food on direct payment basis). ⦁ Comfortable vehicles for transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary. ⦁ All toll, parking, driver accommodation, and allowance. ⦁ Basic sightseeing as per itinerary.

PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS ⦁ Lunch, evening snacks, Hi-Tea & GST 5%. ⦁ Helicopter tickets for Kedarnath from Phata/Guptkashi. ⦁ Meals in Kedarnath hotel. ⦁ Pony, doli, potter charges for treks. ⦁ VIP darshan/pooja services charges ⦁ Train/flight tickets. ⦁ Extra sightseeing outside Char Dham itinerary.

CHECKLIST FOR CHARDHAM YATRA ⦁ Carry a photo ID and address proof. ⦁ Light woolens (May-Aug) and heavy woolens (Sept-Nov). ⦁ Comfortable walking shoes. ⦁ Dry eatables like biscuits/snacks. ⦁ Umbrella/raincoat and torch. ⦁ Personal medical kit. ⦁ Sufficient cash for personal expenses.

CANCELLATION POLICY ⦁ Before 30 days: 10% of tour cost. ⦁ 20-30 days before: 25% of tour cost. ⦁ 15-20 days before: 50% of tour cost. ⦁ Within 15 days: 100% of tour cost.

IMPORTANT NOTES ⦁ AC will not work in hilly areas. ⦁ In case of unforeseen events (bad weather, landslides, etc.), the itinerary will be rescheduled at an extra cost borne by the client. ⦁ The company is not responsible for hotel issues like electricity or water shortages. ⦁ Helicopter cancellations due to weather conditions are not the company’s responsibility. ⦁ Any extra services beyond the itinerary will be on a direct payment basis.
